Returns/Exchanges

We take great care in inspecting each item before it’s shipped—however in the rare case that you receive a defective item, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving it and provide photos of the defect. Please be aware that all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason (besides receiving a defect). Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations

We understand that mistakes can happen, so if you need to make any changes to your order, please let us know within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, changes may not be guaranteed as we begin processing your order immediately. If your package has not yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your package is marked as shipped, we’re unable to cancel or refund your order. For further updates after your order has been shipped, please contact USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777. Thank you for your cooperation.

Payment Issues

If you see a failed transaction on your bank statement, please don’t worry! It’s common to see temporary charges when orders aren’t completed. These charges will automatically disappear within a couple days. However, if you’re unsure whether your order went through, please reach out to us with your full name and email address, and we’ll be happy to double-check for you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We kindly ask that you double-check and ensure that you provide the correct shipping information at checkout. Made by Joannimal cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery or non-delivery of packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a non-deliverable shipping address entered by the customer, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the package. We cannot issue refunds or send free replacements for packages that were delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please place a new order if you still wish to receive the package with the correct shipping information. If you need to update your shipping information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible (or within 24 hours) so that we can make the necessary changes before your package is shipped.

Lost Orders

If you order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check your mailbox or ask your neighbors to see if they have received it by mistake. In some cases, packages may be delivered to the wrong address or show up 1-2 days after the estimated delivery date. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS immediately to file a claim. Please not that Made by Joannimal is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to provide you with any information you need to help with your claim.

Shipping Time

We are working diligently to fulfill your order, and we strive to have it processed and set out within two weeks or sooner. Once your order is shipped, USPS will deliver it within 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that these delivery times are estimated and unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured that you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have any inquiries about the status of your order after it has been shipped, we recommend reaching out to USPS for more accurate, real-time updates.

Product Availability

As a small business, we make our products in small batches at a time. Some items may not always be restocked. In the situation where an item become unavailable after you place your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our images, designs, and content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
