Booking.com wanted to introduce their latest employee benefits program through a fresh internal campaign. Using their established brand as the foundation for the campaign look, I crafted a range of several concepts, each pushing the envelope in distinct ways. The Booking journey line was a prominent element in each concept, used as a way to invoke expression and tie everything together.
Thumbnail Exploration
Building upon four solid directions, I delved deeper into the creative process—conceptualizing additional layouts to further fortify each direction. From whimsical illustrations to clean editorial style, each concept captures a diverse mix of people and everyday moments. One overarching objective was to give a genuine sense of relatability and down-to-earth appeal within these concepts, ensuring they resonate powerfully with Booking employees.
Deliverables
Deliverables included a comprehensive graphics package of custom iconography and stylized photo library, slide templates, social media and email content, and infographics to be used in the Booking internal website.
